Krista trained as a Contemporary dancer at The Northern School of Contemporary dance. Often performing in works defined by Dance Theatre, Site-Specific, Experimental and Physical Theatre. Krista has performed at the Royal Opera House, rooftop of the Southbank Centre, Drury Lane ; Olivier Awards, The Barbican , Tramway, Corby Cube to name a few. She toured internationally with Performance artist Lauren Holstein as a collaborator and performer in years 2012-2018. Performing in the US, Germany, Iceland during their UK Tour. She performed with the acclaimed Frantic Assembly in No Way Back, and their Short Film ; Othello.

Her creative curiosity took her to work in projects beyond dance and leveraging the skills she gained into a variety of Creative roles in the Performing Arts Industry. As a MOVEMENT DIRECTOR and CHOREOGRAPHER, she is working more broadly across the performing arts industry such as theatre, music theatre, circus, dance for camera and performance art sectors to name a few.
Krista is also experienced in and enjoys the roles of ASSOCIATE CHOREOGRAPHER/MOVEMENT DIR. / REHEARSAL DIRECTOR / ASSISTANT DIRECTOR.

Krista is an incredible experienced movement director who has worked for Frantic Assembly for over 10 years. Krista has worked as a co-director for Frantic and also co-run our highest level of public training for artists as well as training new practitioners. Her ability to effortlessly command a room combined with her extensive knowledge and creativity allows her to create meaningful, innovative and exciting work.
